Die Mappe fasst Künstlerakten zu Charlotte Moorman, Nam June Paik, HA Schult und Hella Santarossa zusammen. Auf Grund ihres Umfang musste sie in drei Teile getrennt werden. Diese erste Akte enthält das Material zu Moorman, Paik und Schult.
Rubrik "Moorman": Spendenaufrufe für Moorman. "Arbeiten/Story", darin u.a. Material über Avantgarde Festival in Amerika, Presse über Aktionen mit Paik und Yoko Ono, Biographisches Material. "Korrespondenz", darin u.a. ein Brief der Galerie Baecker vom 05.03.1975 mit Informationen über die Galerie und ihre Künstler, persönliche Korrespondenz mit Moorman über ihre Arbeit.
Rubrik "Paik": Korrespondenz über Finanzen, An- und Verkäufe von Arbeiten, ein Brief der Galerie Baecker mit einem vorläufigen Vertragsentwurf u. a.
Rubrik "HA Schult": Korrespondenz über Ausstellung in Basel (1988) und "Berg der höchsten Harmonie", Kommissionsquittungen. "Verträge", darin u.a. Kommissionsquittungen, Preislisten, Vereinbarungen. "Korrespondenz", darin v.a. Briefe von E. Koska i.A. von HA Schult an die Galerie, Rechnungen, das Schult-Museum, verschiedene Ausstellungen, An- und Verkauf von Arbeiten (vor allem die "Biokinetischen"Arbeiten).

BZK no.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
