Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das halbe Gut zu Herzhausen [Wüstung in den Gemarkungen Treysa und Ziegenhain, Stadt Schwalmstadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.], vor Treysa [Stadtteil von Schwalmstadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] gelegen, das Landgraf Wilhelm von Hessen der Jüngere von dem Hofmeister und Rat Hans von Dörnberg gekauft hatte und das 1494 der Bürger Simon von Treysa gegen einen jährlichen Zins von zehn Vierteln Frucht Treysaer Maßes besaß; 2.) das Haus vor dem Schloss Ziegenhain [Burg bzw. Schloss in der Gemarkung Ziegenhain, Stadt Schwalmstadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] als Ziegenhainer Burglehen, worin der 1494 Belehnte wohnte.
