Enthält: - Gutshaus Teutendorf (8 km SO von Sanitz) Eingeschossiger Putzbau in 9 Achsen mit Mittelrisaliten in 3 Achsen mit Dreiecksgiebel und Uhr. Das Mansardendach trägt Gauben in zwei Etagen. Die Fassade ist durch vier Pilaster gegliedert. Zum Eingang führt eine einläufige Treppe. Beidseitig Terrassenanbauten. Stil: Neorenaissance. Das Gut wurde um 1890 von Familie von Flotow erbaut und 1903 von der mit ihr nicht verwandten Familie Floto erworben, die es bis 1945 betrieb. Danach Aufsiedlung. Frau Eben auf Gut Neu Wendorf ist die Tochter. Ab 2000 ist Teutendorf zum Ferienhotel umgebaut worden. Der Park wird zum englischen Landschaftspark restauriert. In den Nachbargütern residierten: Familie Jörges in Wendorf, Familie Münster-Schulz in Wendfeld, Familie Kühne in Groß Lüsewitz, Familie Schroeder in Helmsdorf, Familie von Steven in Niekrenz, Familie Staudinger in Neu Wendorf und Graf Bassewitz in Vietow. Bei Kriegsende 1945 wurden diese fast alle von den Russen erschossen oder begingen Selbstmord.
