Johann Hiesfeld als Vormund über Maes [= Thomas] Hiesfeld, den Sohn seines verstorbenen Bruders Konstantin Krone-Hiesfeld, erwirbt für Maes beim Hamborner Abt Konstantin Krone, dem Onkel des Johann Hiesfeld, aus dem Besitz des Klosters Hamborn das Erbzinsgut "der Schimmink", ein Stück Saatland, gelegen inmitten des Saatlandes des Gutes in gen Loh [= Driesenbusch] zu Walsum-Aldenrade. Dafür zahlt Maes auf Lebenszeit jährlich fünf Schilling als Erbzins. Seine Erben entrichten beim Neugewinn den doppelten Zins, um danach das Land weiterhin für einen jährlichen Erbzins von fünf Schilling innezuhaben. Mitverhandelt haben Herr Bernd Krone, Pastor von Hiesfeld, Dietrich und Bernd Hiesfeld, die Brüder des Ausstellers, sowie Johann Küchenmeister, Richter zu Walsum.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings.
