Seit 1358 als sogenanntes Samtamt gemeinschaftlicher Besitz der Edelherren, später Grafen zur Lippe und der Bischöfe von Paderborn, wobei die Lipper nach der sog. Reprotestation von 1672 die ”Landeshoheitsrechte im Geistlichen und Weltlichen“ ausübten (in den Ämtern Stoppelberg und Oldenburg umgekehrt). [Zu den Details der Samtamtsverfassung vgl. STÖWER, Lippische Landesbeschreibung von 1786, S. 47-50.] Ab 1808 nach Verzicht des Königreichs Westfalen als Nachfolger des Fürstbistums Paderborn uneingeschränkt Teil des Fürstentums Lippe. 1620-1763 Paragialamt der Nebenlinie Lippe-Biesterfeld, 1763 an Lippe-Detmold zurückgefallen. Bauerschaften: Brakelsiek, Elbrinxen, Hummersen, Köterberg, Lothe, Niese, Rischenau, Ruensiek, Sabbenhausen und Wörderfeld.

BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
