Fallbeschreibung: Der Kl. ist vom Lübecker Kaufmann Adolf Rodde beauftragt worden, Weizen in Wismar zu kaufen und an ihn zu schicken. Bürgermeister Lembke verbietet jedoch die Ausfuhr des Getreides, da der Kl. nicht auf eigene Rechnung handelt. Der Kl. bittet um ein Schreiben an den Rat, ihn nicht in seinem Handel zu behindern und den Arrest auf sein Getreide zu lösen. Das Schreiben ergeht am selben Tag.
