Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das Gut zu Niederzennern [Wüstung auf den Gemarkungen Wabern und Zennern, Gem. Wabern, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] in der Feldmark zu Wabern gelegen, genannt das Fronegut. Das Gut hatten ehemals die Vogt von Fronhausen inne, dann Happel Katzmann zu Fritzlar und dessen Ehefrau Metze. Darauf hatten das Gut die Tochter der Letztgenannten, Katharina Weigand, und deren Bruder inne. Nach dem Tod der Belehnten war das Gut an die Ehefrau des 1612 Belehnten und deren Schwester Anna, die Ehefrau des Herbold Geiling, Schultheißen zu Fritzlar, gefallen. Nach dem kinderlosen Tod der Anna Geiling war das Gut an die mitbelehnte Katharina Weigand gefallen.
