Regest: In Gegenwart des Schneiders Erhardt Krumm wurde eine Eingabe der Schneiderzunft verlesen, worin sie bittet, ihn an die vorhandenen Zunftartikel zu verweisen, bis vom Kaiser eine Entscheidung eingelangt sein werde.
Krumm antwortet hierauf, es sei alles, was darin enthalten sei, grundfalsch. Er bitte sich die Eingabe aus, um darauf schriftlich antworten zu können.
Auch wurde ein unterm 10. Dezember auf des Krumm Appellation ergangenes kaiserl. Conclusum verlesen, worin dem Magistrat zu Berichterstattung ein zweimonatlicher Termin anberaumt ist.
Der Magistrat beschloss, dass ohne Zeitverlust darauf Bericht erstattet werden solle. Dem Krumm ist aber die erbetene Mitteilung obiger Eingabe abgeschlagen worden.
