Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Propst Heinrich, Äbtissin Isentrud (Ysendrudis [?]) und der Konvent des Klosters St. Nikolai in Eisenach bekunden, dass ihnen Bertho [von Bimbach], Abt von Fulda, an Michaelis [September 29] den Ort Richelsdorf auf zwölf Jahre gegen einen Zins von zwei Pfund Wachs, der jedes Jahr am Fest des heiligen Bonifatius [Juni 5] gezahlt werden muss, unter der Bedingung geliehen hat, dort innerhalb dieser Zeit ein Nonnenkloster zu errichten. Für den Fall, dass dieses Vorhaben scheitern sollte, wird die Anpassung des Wachszinses angedroht, wobei der Ort Richelsdorf beim Kloster St. Nikolai verbleibt. Ausstellungsort: Fulda.
