1140 - 1952
Vorwort: Mit Beschluss der ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung des Historischen Vereins von Niederbayern vom 31.1.1935 wurden die Archivalien des Historischen Vereins an das Staatsarchiv Landshut und an das Stadtarchiv Landshut verschenkt. Bis dahin wurden die Archivalien in einem Repertorium beim Historischen Verein selbst verwaltet. Dieses Findmittel hatte im Wesentlichen bis 2022 seine Gültigkeit behalten. Im jetzigen Altrepertorium (Rep. Nr. 272) sind die Aufteilungen durch blaue (Staatsarchiv) und rote (Stadtarchiv) Kringel neben den Verzeichnungen festgehalten. Die ersten Einträge im Altrepertorium sind noch ohne Jahreszahl vorgenommen worden, ab 1859 ist der jährliche Zuwachs der Archivalien gut zu dokumentieren. Zunächst wurde das Altrepertorium im Jahr 1922 abgeschlossen, trotzdem wurden im Jahr 1965 noch weitere Archivalien in dieses Repertorium erfasst. Über den Ursprung dieser Archivalien und die Beweggründe zur Fortführung dieses Repertoriums kann nur spekuliert werden.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
