(je 100 fl.) erhalten. Stirbt er vor ihr und ohne Kinder aus der neuen Ehe, so erhält sie aus seiner Nahrung 200 fl. neben ihren 100 fl. Heiratsgut, ihren Kleidern und Kleinodien und dem von ihr inzwischen Ererbten. Stirbt sie zuerst und kinderlos, so behält er ihre Mitgift; alles übrige (zum Leib Gehöriges und inzwischen Ererbtes) fällt an ihre nächsten Verwandten. Einkindschaft. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings.
