Regest: Graf Otto von Ravensberg (Ravenesberg) verkauft mit Zustimmung seines Bruders Ludwig, Propst zu St. Johannes in Osnabrück, seiner Frau Hathewigis, seiner Erben Herman, Ludewich, Otto, Bernhard, Jutta, Oda und Sophia, seinen Hof (curtim) Elslere bei Beckum (Bekehem) nebst Zubehör und Einwohnern sowie eine jährliche Weizenrente von dem Erbe Modewic, an die Bürger in Beckum für 320 Mark. Die Verkäufer verzichten auf alle Rechte. Es siegeln der Aussteller, seine Frau, sein Bruder Ludwig und die Bürger in Bielefeld (Bilevelde). Geschehen in Marienfeld (Wadenhart).
