Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Alle Güter, die ehemals Michael Staude und sein Sohn Johann Philipp und der 1606 Belehnte zu Lehen getragen hatten, nämlich: 1.) der Kaufunger Hof zu Lay [heute Koblenz-Lay, Stadtteil von Koblenz] im Dorf oberhalb Koblenz an der Mosel gelegen mit allen dazu gehörenden Gütern, Zinsen, Renten und Gülten zu Lay oder anderswo gelegen, als Mannlehen; 2.) das Gütchen zu Trimbs [Gem., Lkr. Mayen-Koblenz], gelegen an der Nette bei Mayen in der Pellenz, mit allen Rechten und allem Zubehör als Mannlehen.
