Vorwort: C Rep. 729 Maxim-Gorki-Theater
1. Geschichte
1947 wurde der in den Jahren 1825-1827 für die Berliner Singakademie errichteten Konzertsaal, Am Festungsgraben 2, mit einem Sprechtheater "Neue Bühne" wiedereröffnet. Das Haus wurde 1952 Spielstätte des "Jungen Ensembles" unter Maxim Vallentin und eröffente am 30. Oktober 1952 unter dem Namen "Maxim-Gorki-Theater". Unter dem Intendanten Maxim Vallentin (1952-1968) bestimmten Texte des russischen und sowjetischen Realismus den Spielplan. Der zweite Intendant des Hauses, Albert Hetterle (1968-1995), pflegte diese Tradition und öffente das Maxim-Gorki-Theater zudem für eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit der Gegenwart.
Als Städtisches Theater war das Haus der Abteilung Kultur des Magistrats nachgeordnet.
2. Bestandsinformation
Die Überlieferung erhielt das damalige Stadtarchiv Berlin 1988. Sie umafsst 14 Akten (0,3 lfm) und dokumentiert einen Zeitraum von 1952 bis 1989.
Im Jahre 2010 wurde die Findkartei in der Datenbank Augias 8.1 erfasst.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
