Schlickscher Herrschaft bekennen: Catharina, Witib des Jacob Spannagel, Bürgers und des Gerichts zu Ebingen, teilt mit, dass ihre Tochter Catharina Spannagel sich mit Johann Beyhel, Hafner, Sohn des Johann Beyhel selig, Bürgers zu Reittlingen, daselbst verheiratet habe und häuslich niederzulassen beabsichtige. Es wird bezeugt, dass Catharina Spannagel die eheliche Tochter ist des Jacob Spannagel selig und der Catharina Grötzinger, die noch lebt. Sie ist laut Taufbuchs von Bürgermeister Hans Speiser, Hans Stang des Gerichts und Anna, der Ehefrau des Michael Geiger des Gerichts am 28. März 1616 aus der Tauf gehoben worden. Sie und ihre Eltern sind von freier Herkunft und vermög der Stadt Ebingen besonderen Privilegien keinem nachgehenden Herrn mit Leibeigenschaft oder anderer Dienstbarkeit zugetan.
