Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: 1.) Eine freie Hofstätte in der Stadt Allendorf [heute Bad Sooden-Allendorf, Stadt, Werra-Meißner-Kr.] an der Werra, gelegen zwischen dem Hof des Deutschordenskomturs und dem Burgsitz der von Hundelshausen, mit einem Keller darunter; 2.) der halbe Born, dessen andere Hälfte die von Hundelshausen als Lehen haben, mit aller Freiheit, insbesondere von der Schosserei und aller Stadtpflicht, wie sie hiervor Jost von Eschwege von dem verstorbenen Andreas von Netra ohne Zustimmung des Lehnsherrn an den verstorbenen Valentin Tolde weiter verkauft hat, als Mannlehen. Dadurch ist die Hofstätte dem Landgrafen von Hessen gegen die Entrichtung von 60 Talern, die der Landgraf beim Neubau der abgebrannten Wogenmühle vor Allendorf an der Werra verbraucht hat, eröffnet.
