Hörselberg-Hainich, Wartburgkr.] mit ihrem Zubehör an Äckern, Wiesen, Holz, wie sie der 1615 Belehnte von den Erben der verstorbenen Magdalena Trübenbach (Truenbach), nämlich Elisabeth, Ehefrau des Andreas Holtze, Anna, Ehefrau des Michael Walter, Katharina, Ehefrau des Magister Joachim Pfeiffer, Margarethe, Ehefrau des Andreas Herzog, und dann dem genannten Michael Walter als Vormund von Balthasar Schmalkalden, alle Kinder der genannten verstorbenen Magdalena (Truenbach) und des verstorbenen Georg Schmalkalden, als rechtes Lehen gegen einen jährlichen Zins von einem Viertel Pfund Wachs gekauft hat.
