Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die durch den Tod des Kammerjunkers Karl von Hoff heimgefallenen Lehen, für die der 1745 Belehnte 1728 März 14/25 eine Exspektanz erhalten hatte, nämlich: 1.) ein Burgsitz zu Schönstein [Burg auf der Gemarkung Schönau, Gem. Gilserberg, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.]; 2.) vier Hufen Land zu Schönau [Ortsteil der Gem. Gilserberg, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.], von denen aber nicht alle Stücke zu finden sind; 3.) ein Burgsitz oder geringes wüstes Plätzchen an der Stadtmauer zu Gemünden an der Wohra [Stadt, Lkr. Waldeck-Frankenberg]; 4.) dazu eine noch nicht wieder ausfindig gemachte Mühlenstätte vor Gemünden an der Wohra. Die Lehen hatten ehemals die Clauer von Wohra, dann die von Hoff innegehabt. Alle Lehen werden zu neuem Mann- und Burglehen verliehen.
