Das Gericht Völkershausen [Ortsteil der Stadt Vacha, Wartburgkr.], wie dieses nach dem Aussterben der von Völkershausen im Mannesstamm zum Teil heimgefallen und zum Teil durch den Landgrafen von Hessen von den weiblichen Allodialerben und fuldischen Lehnserben der von Völkershausen gekauft worden ist; dazu kommen die von den von Buttlar erhandelten mariengartischen Lehen und Güter [Mariengart, Ortsteil von Wölferbütt, Stadt Vacha, Wartburgkr.] mit allem Zubehör. Ehemals waren die von Völkershausen und die von Buttlar vom Kloster Hersfeld bzw. später von Hessen und zum Teil vom Kloster Fulda belehnt worden; zum Teil handelt es sich auch um ehemaliges Allodialgut. [Teilweise ehemalige Lehen des Klosters Hersfeld bzw. Fulda]
