Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Hans von Falkenberg genannt Wolfszahn übergibt das Lehen Holzheim [Wüstung auf der Gemarkung der Stadt Fritzlar, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] bei Fritzlar mit allem Zubehör dem Landgrafen Ludwig von Hessen und bekundet, dass er und seine Vorfahren das Lehen lange Zeit mit Unterstützung des Erzbistums Mainz den Landgrafen von Hessen vorenthalten hätten.
