Regest: Es sollte bekannt sein und zeigen es auch die aufgestellten Strafsäulen, dass der Weg über den sogenannten Hirschplan in Brunftzeiten bei einer herrschaftlichen Frevelstraf verboten ist. Trotz vielmal geschehenem Verwarnen des Hofmeisters im Einsiedel vor einem Jahr haben dennoch die Marktleute, die des Maurer-Markts sich bedient haben, den selbigen Weg gebraucht, so dass deswegen in die 65 fl 20 Kr Straf nachgefordert werden. Es wird also daran erinnert, diesen verbotenen Weg während der Hirschbrunft bis zu deren Ende nicht zu benützen.
