Bildinhalt: Dargestellt sind zwei Malergesellen beim Innenanstrich der Paulskirche.
Bildunterschrift: Dialog zwischen "Erster Geselle: Bruder Mannheimer, ik sage dir wenn nich' eene gehörige Quantität Berliner Blau in die Mischung kömmt, wird die Farbe doch niks nutze sind[.]" - "Zweiter Geselle: Fehlgeschossen. Bruder Berliner, nur roth kann man brauchen."
Erläuterung: Karikatur auf die Polarisierung (rechts - links) in der Nationalversammlung. Anspielung auf Mannheim als ein Zentrum der "Linken" (rot) und Berlin als ein Zentrum der "Rechten" (blau); Verhandlungen fanden am 14., 15 und 16. August 1848 im Parlament nicht statt.

BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
