"Gewalt an Schulen ist die Bedrohung einer Generation", so ein Gesprächspartner. 3.900 Straftaten an Schulen im Land, allein im letzten Jahr, das bedeutet einen Anstieg von Gewaltdelikten um 27 Prozent im Vergleich zum Jahr 1997. Diese Zahlen legte der Landespolizeipräsident kürzlich vor und trat damit eine Diskussion um die Interpretierbarkeit von Statistiken los. Vergessen wird dabei, dass jede einzelne Gewalttat an einer Schule eine Tat zuviel ist. Was geht in einem Halbwüchsigen vor, der blind zuschlägt? Was bewirkt die Gewalterfahrung bei den Opfern? Wie reagiert die Schule auf Aggressionen und welche Konzepte der Gewaltprävention sind erfolgreich?

BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.

In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
