Enthält: Klage des Perückenmachers Michael du Boy gegen Schneider Berndt Dietherich Richters, 1712, wegen einer Tür und des Glinds (Lattenzaun) am Brunnen. Kläger, der früher am Roggenmarkt wohnte, hat 1708 das früher Walterdingsche Haus an der Salzstraße gegenüber der Lambertikirche gekauft und mit seinen Nachbarn, den Eheleuten Bundtwerker (Buntfärber, Kürschner) Johan Hessinck und Maria Niesman einen Vertrag geschlossen in Gegenwart der Zeugen Herman Dirk Beerhorst und Johan Berndt Jürgen Lammers. Erwähnt werden Henrich Westhoff; Dietherich Voss; Witwe Rolinck, die in dem früher Clute'schen Hause wohnt. Anlage (Ausfertigung): Vergleich vom 6. 7. 1682 zwischen den Eheleuten Rat Dr. juris Johan Bernard Clute und Klara Boickhorst als Eigentümer ihres vom Apotheker Moll bewohnten Hauses am Markt und der Erben Lugge, nämlich a) den Eheleuten Höcker Johan Waltering und Katharina Lugge, b) der Eheleute Bundtwerker (Buntfärber, Kürschner) Johan Hessing und Maria Niesman als Eigentümer eines Hauses an der Salzstraße gegenüber der Lambertikirche. Clute wohnt an der Salzstraße. Zeugen: Kaufhändler Andreas Loyer und Schuster Johan Borgeling. Notar: Bernard Beckhaus.
