Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die Brüder Wittekind und Bertold von Schwarzenberg verkaufen ihrem Herrn, Landgraf Heinrich von Hessen, seiner Gemahlin Mechthild und ihren Erben folgende Güter: einen Hof in Waldau mit ihrem Anteil an dem dortigen Zehnten, alle ihre Zinsen in Fuldhain und acht Malter Kornrente in Krumbach, den halben Zehnten in Elgershausen, einen Malter Weizen in Venne, die Hälfte des Allods in Körle, die Hälfte des Bodens der Burg Schwarzenberg, ein Viertel des Zehnten in Melsungen, die dortige ganze Münze, die Hälfte des Allods in Rotenburg mit dem Allod bei der Burg Rotenburg, die der Ritter Thammo und Füllekopf vom Landgrafen zu Lehen haben. Siegler: da die Brüder kein Siegel haben: 1. die Stadt Kassel, 2. Giso von Ziegenberg. Zeugen: die Ritter Ludwig genannt Kalb, Thammo von Ellnhausen, Johann Riedesel; die Kasseler Schöffen Werner von Geismar, Heinrich Conradi und Konrad von Gudensberg u. a.
