Enthält: Hermann Schnitzler sitzt an einem Tisch und hat vor sich mehrere aufgeschlagene Bücher, in die er schaut. Er hält ein Blatt Papier in der rechten Hand. Neben ihm steht ein anderer Mann und schaut ebenfalls in die Bücher. Es ist nicht zu erkennen, um wen es sich dabei handelt, ob es sich dabei möglicherweise um Henry Regnery handelt, in dessen Besitz das Ektachrome offenbar war. Vermutlich wurde das Foto während Regnerys Studienzeit in Bonn aufgenommen (1934 bis 1936). Der Umschlag ist beschriftet mit "Regnery" und dem Datum "Aug 19 1983" in dem Feld "Order Finished".

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
