Regest: Schultheiß und Richter des Dorfs Wanckhain bekennen, daß vor sie gekommen sind Hans Lennding, Spendenpfleger und Binderzunftmeister zu Rütlingen, als Kläger von der Spenden wegen einesteils und Ludwig Hoß, ihr Beiwohner als Antwurter (= Beklagter) andernteils mit ihren zu Recht angedingten (= bestellten) Fürsprechen. Hans Lennding brachte durch seinen Fürsprechen Bart Krum, ihren Mitrichter, vor, Ludwig Hoß habe etliche Güter mit Ererben oder Erkaufen an sich gebracht, die keine Gerechtsame hätten, durch der Spenden Gut zu wandeln. Ludwig Hoß antwortete durch seine Fürsprechen Benz Brun, daß er den Weg gebraucht habe länger, als es Stadt- und Landsrecht gebe. Die Richter und etliche von der Gemeinde erklärten, daß ihnen nichts anderes bekannt sei, als daß die Hossin und ihr Sohn den Weg gebraucht und ihnen den niemand gewehrt hätte. Das Gericht entschied, daß Ludwig Hoß den Weg gebrauchen dürfe.
