Enthält: Unter Vorsitz von Bürgermeister [Name maskiert] beschließt die Gemeindevertretung, sich mit 50000 DM, die über ein Darlehn aufgebracht werden sollen, am Bau eines Zentralklärwerks zu beteiligen, um so die Möglichkeit weiteren Wohnungsbaus in der Siedlung "Baggerkuhle", wo noch Behelfsheime stehen, zu erhalten. Der Kreis erwirbt dort ein Grundstück, um 17 Einfamilienhausbauplätze auszuweisen und elf Wohnungen im Rahmen des Barackenräumprogramms zu errichten. Das Kreisbauamt soll sich um die Vorarbeiten für die Aufschließung des Geländes und [Name maskiert] des Klärwerks kümmern. Die Gemeindevertretung beschließt die Gründung des Schulverbandes Hoisdorf-Oetjendorf, der die Schule gegenüber des Heims "Lichtenheim" unterhalten soll.
