Regest: Vor Wilhelm von der Vorsthove, derzeit Richter zu Telgte (Telget) namens des Bischofs Florentius von Münster (Monstere), erklärt Johann Knop, daß er binnen Telgte auf der Wort des Wernike Beates, welche vormals Hermann dem Wlnere (Wulner) gehörte, von seinem Geld ein Haus gesetzt und gezimmert habe. Ein anderes Recht an diesem Haus besitze er nicht. Der erwähnte Wernike räumt nunmehr „umme vrentscap willen und umme vor denstes willen“ dem Johann Knop das Recht ein, daß er die „staken und dat hus“, die er aufgezimmert hat, von Wernike für fünf Mark münsterisch kaufen kann.
