"Sehr geehrte Redaktion!
Seit ich in militärischen Diensten stehe, ist mir jede Möglichkeit zu umfassender Arbeit genommen. Gerade deshalb schickt jetzt der Teufel Produktivität, damit ja die Pfeile aller Störungen nur sitzen, und man nicht leer werde vor Haß, Ohnmacht und Gequältheit. So wird es Jahre noch weitergehen. Hätte ein Mensch von einem andern je so geliebt werden können, daß der drei Jahre aus seinem Leben risse, und ihm opferte? Welche Bagatellisierung aller Menschen-Werte, Tugenden und Opfer!
Die Insassen der Zuchthäuser dürfen getrost ins Fäustchen lachen, sie haben es verstanden, Fälle zu bleiben und spezialistisch behandelt zu werden, während die übrige Menschheit ihr Urteil im Stafprozeß, mehrjährige Freiheitsstrafe mit Dezimierung, summarisch abbüßen muß. Das Unglück ist nur, daß die Anklage des Himmels übertönt wird von den sonoren Plädoyers der Advokaten, den vielen gesicherten Brusttönen der Dummheit und des stramm-dialektischen Zynismus. Es kommt für die Menschheit immer noch etwas dabei heraus. Sie werden den Verlust der bürgerlichen Ehrenrechte nicht zugeben. Ich glaube, ich habe Ihre Frage nicht beantwortet. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
