Der Convent in Königsdorf (Wilhelma von Vischenisch Äbtissin, Margarethe von Malmenhausen, Priorin, Anna von Stommel, Kellnerin) macht zum Andenken an den Pater Johannes v. Meurs und zum Heile ihrer eigenen Seele eine fromme Stiftung, wonach an jedem Allerseelentage 12 Armen, einem Jeden 3 Ellen Tuch, ferner am Gründonnerstage 12 Armen, einem Jeden eine Gabe an Brod, Gemüse, Bier und Häring, endlich für einen Armen eine jährliche Geldunterstützung gegeben werden solle. Zur Sicherung des Vertrages wird der Hof in Conraderhof in Pfand gesetzt und der Prior des Klosters Bottenbroich zum Hüter des Vertrages bestimmt. Anno domini 1546 ipso die nativitatis virginis. Zum Schlusse folgt eine Bestätigung durch Adolf, Erzbischof von Cöln 1547 April 11. Siegel der Äbtissin und der Convents von Königsdorf, das Conventssiegel von Bottenbroich und das Schöffensiegel von Brühl.
