Maria Fides, Äbtissin, Maria Rosalia Fleon, Priorin, und der Konvent des Klosters Altmünster in Mainz verleihen an Rudolf Hermann, Einwohner zu Kastel ("Castell"), die "Stohls-" und "Igellsteiner" Güter daselbst (Äcker, Wiesen, Weingärten, Mauern und Baumstücke) auf 12 Jahre (ab 22.2.1744) zu folgenden Bedingungen: 1) Jahresgült 24 Malter Korn, lieferbar zwischen Mariä Himmelfahrt und Geburt. 2) Instandhaltung der Güter, Steuerabgabe auf Kosten des Beständers. 3) Landschaden ist zwecks Giltnachlass binnen 24 Stunden zu melden. Der Beständer setzt zur Sicherheit seine eigenen Güter in Kastel. AO: Altmünster.
