Enthält: Der Freiburger Schultheiss Paulus von Rychein beurkundet das Urteil in Sachen des Hermann Lermundli und Hamman Roecker von Malterdingen wegen eines Kellers unter dem Stock neben Rudolf von Ows Haus, vormals Hans Snewlis Haus, und hinter dem Hause, vormals der Hefenlerni jetzt Hermann Lermundli gehörig, beim Rathause zwischen Katharina Müntzmeisterin und der Koetzin Regelhaus gelegen.
Das Urteil lautet auf das Gutachten der städtischen Baumeister und Werkleute, Zimmerleute und Maurer zu Gunsten des eBeisitzer: Franz Stehely, Bartly, Steffan Snewly, Egnolff Kuechly, Abrecht Turner, Hanni Tegenly, Cunrat Tegenly und Clewi Groß.
