Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Die Ratmeister Ditmar Geylsus und Heinrich von dem Haine, und die Ratsleute der Stadt Eschwege Hans Kersten, Kurd Wenefred, Herbord Flemming, Heinrich auf dem Keyne, Kurt Bernwald, Heinrich Leimbach, Lutz Keluß, Johann Leimbach, Apel Bote und Heinrich Schiller, bekunden, dass vor ihnen Claulois (?) vor dem Berge, Bürger zu Eschwege, getreten ist und für sich und seine Erben erklärt hat, dass die Herrn in dem Spital St. Elisabeth ihm erblich einen Hof und ein Haus zur Erbleihe verkauft haben. Er soll dafür als Erbzins jährlich folgende Abgaben an das Spital leisten: 4 Schilling Heller Eschweger Währung und 1 Schonbrot für ein Schilling Pfenning zu St. Michaelstag.
