Registraturbildner: 1821 wurde in Lützen für den größten Teil des früheren Amtes Lützen und einen Ort des früheren Amtes Pegau ein Gerichtsamt gebildet, das zum Bezirk des alten Landgerichtes in Halle gehörte. Aus ihm ging 1835 eine Gerichtskommission des Land- und Stadtgerichtes (später Kreisgerichtes) in Merseburg hervor. 1879 erfolgte die Gründung eines Amtsgerichtes in Lützen, das 1945 aufgelöst wurde. Der Sprengel wurde dem Amtsgericht Merseburg zugeordnet.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
