Regest: Vor dem Gericht zu Dülken bekennen Johann und Lyssgen in gen Losen, dass sie die von Daemgen Luentgens Gläubigern für 600 Taler gekaufte Behausung desselben Daemgens Eltern, Hermann und Loinen, abgetreten hätten, und dass sie Hermann und Loinen Luentgens eine von Daemgen geschuldete Summe von 105 Talern auf 200 Taler erhöht hätten gegen eine von H. und L. Luentgens zahlende jährl. Pension von 12 Talern und unter Verpfändung ihrer Wohnbehausung.
