Enthält: Ordner (ca. 500 Blatt) mit verschiedenen Dokumenten zur technischen Organisation von Konzerten von Santana und Gary Moore im Jahr 1987. Offizielle Dokumente von Lippmann+Rau zur Ankündigung von Tourneen, Korrespondenzen mit den Managements (in Form von Briefen und von Telexen) und anderen Veranstaltern, aber auch technische Anweisungen zur Bühnentechnik finden sich hier. Vor allem prominent sind dabei die Bühnenanweisungen, die den bereitgestellten Service, die Bewirtung der Musiker und Musikerinnen, der technischen Crew und andere wichtige Eckdaten der Konzertorganisation festhalten. Verschiedene Auftrittsorte sind in Unterordnern festgehalten. Auch Dokumente zu Konzerten von Eddie Money und Santana in Ostberlin sind dabei.
