Regest: Bürgermeister und Rat der Reichsstadt Esslingen bekennen: Rosina Kegerlin, die sich ausserhalb verheiratet hat und sich anderswo niederlassen will, ist die eheliche Tochter des Martin Kegerlin selig, gewesenen Bürgers und Predigers zu Esslingen, und der Catharina Lauter selig, die zwar nicht in Esslingen miteinander zu Kirche und Strasse gegangen sind und diese Tochter Rosina erzeugt haben, sondern zu Hallstatt in Österreich. Die Rosina ist allgemein für ihr eheliches Kind gehalten worden, wie denn auch nach dem Absterben des Herrn Kegerlin seine anderen hinterlassenen Kinder sie als ihre rechte Schwester anerkannt haben und sie in der Erbschaft gleich ihnen anstehen liessen. Daher ist an ihrer ehelichen Geburt nicht zu zweifeln. Der Leibeigenschaft ist sie ganz frei und ledig.
