Vorwort: Beim vorliegenden Bestand 282 Amtsgericht Oberkirch handelt es sich um einen Restbestand an Vorprovenienzen aus der Zeit des alten Reiches. Der (Provenienz-) Bestand selbst sowie die Vorgängerbehörden ab 1806 werden im Staatsarchiv Freiburg unter der Signatur B 30/1 - B 30/9 Amtsgericht Oberkirch verwahrt. Der Bestand wurde nach den Provenienzen gegliedert. Provenienzbildner sind - das Hochstift Straßburg (Oberamt Oberkirch und Gericht Oppenau) - die Landvogtei Ortenau (Oberamt Offenburg und Gericht Appenweier) Auf eine weitere Gliederung nach Sachrubriken wurde auf Grund des geringen Umfangs des Bestandes verzichtet. Innerhalb der Klassifikationspunkte erfolgte die Sortierung chronologisch. Dieses Findbuch entstand im Rahmen eines Projekts zur Umwandlung von Zettelkarteien in Bandrepertorien. Drei Faszikel waren bisher unverzeichnet. Die Titelaufnahmen wurden leicht modernisiert sowie Provenienzen und Umfang der einzelnen Akten bestimmt. Außerdem erfolgte eine neue Nummerierung der einzelnen Aktenfaszikel und die Erstellung eines Gesamtregisters. Eine Konkordanz stellt alte und neue Signaturen gegenüber. Inhaltlich handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Zivilprozessakten. Der Bestand umfasst nach den Abgaben nach Freiburg nunmehr 17 Faszikel bzw. 0,4 lfd. Regalmeter und hat eine Laufzeit von 1523-1803. BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
