Enthält: Ernst v.Bülow-Cummerow (1775-1851) war kurze Zeit in hannoverschen Militärdiensten, studierte dann in Rostock und Jena und lebte seit 1802 auf seinen Gütern in Pommern. Während der französischen "Occupation" 1808 abwechselnd Mitglied der ständischen Kommission, welche die Verwaltung von Pommern bildete, nahm er von 1810-1823 Teil an allen Beratungen über Verfassungs- und Steuerreformen und gründete die Pommersche ritterschaftliche Bank. In Folge der Staatseinrichtungen von 1848 bildete er für die Erhaltung der Rechte der Gutsbesitzer den Verein zum Schutz des Eigentums.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
