Regest: Vor dem Notar Jodocus Henricus Duffhues bekennt Johan Berndt Schöckinghoff, Bürger und Faßbinder in Sendenhorst, daß er mit Wissen seiner Frau Anna Catharina Stapel aus den Sendenhorster Armenmitteln zur Zeit der Provisoren Franz Mauritz Schindeler und Johan Wilhelm Bonse ein Darlehn von 20 Rtlr. aufnahm, das mit 5 % zu verzinsen ist. Als Sicherheit stellt Schöckinghoff all sein Hab und Gut, insbesondere zwei Landstücke vor Sendenhorst, einen Garten in der Bitteren Stiege gelegen, im Norden an Mauritz Schindelers Garten, im Osten an Höckers Kamp belegen. Ort: Sendenhorst, in dem am Kirchhof belegenen Haus des Notars Zeugen: Berndt Henrich Bunger und Johan Caspar Stamkorte Unterschrift und Notariatszeichen des Notars Jodocus Henricus Duffhues. Randvermerk (20. Jh.): 1796 Haus Nr. 199, jetzt 237, 1749/51 abgebrannt, jetzt Sickmann.
