Boykotteure der Volkszählung trafen sich in Stuttgart-Wangen. Die Zwischenbilanz des Boykotts fiel sehr unterschiedlich aus. Von den erwarteten 10 bis 15 Prozent sogenannter "harter Boykotteure" ist kaum einer einer übrig geblieben, 40 bis 60 Prozent der Bevölkerung hat "weich boykottiert", d.h. unvollstädige oder falsche Angaben gemacht. Ein Teil der Boykotteure will nun den Instanzenweg beschreiten. In vielen Erhebungsstellen kommt es zu Fehlern wie in Besenfeld. Dort ist der Leiter der Erhebungsstelle gleichzeitig Chef des Ordnungsamtes und legt Listen über alle Einwohner an.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
