Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das so genannte hornsbergische Gut, das ohne Zustimmung des Lehnsherrn von den von Eschwege an die von Baumbach gekommen war, zuerst 1642 als Mitgift der Schwester des Reinhard Wilhelm von Baumbach, die mit Georg Adam von Baumbach zu Nentershausen verheiratet war. Danach war es im Besitz von Caspar Burkhard von Baumbach. Von den Vormündern der Töchter des Letztgenannten kauften es darauf die Brüder Hans Ludwig von Baumbach, hessischer Generalmajor, und Hermann von Baumbach.
