Die Akte enthält den zweiten Teil der gesammelten Dokumente zwischen den Jahren 1974 und 1976 zu einer geplanten Ausstellung Clyfford Stills in der Kunsthalle Bern. Der Leiter der Kunsthalle, Johannes Gachnang, und Kasper König als Vermittler in New York bemühen sich in Kooperation mit dem Künstler und verschiedenen amerikanischen Museen eine erste Ausstellung Stills in Europa zu organisieren. Trotz der hier dokumentierten, umfangreichen Vorbereitungen konnte das Ausstellungsprojekt nicht umgesetzt werden.
Dieser zweite Teil beinhaltet Korrespondenz Kasper Königs mit verschiedenen, amerikanischen Sammlern und Institutionen, um die Standorte, Werkangaben und Besitzverhältnisse der Werke Clyfford Stills zu klären. König beabsichtigte im Kontext der Berner Ausstellung und einer begleitenden Katalogpublikation ein Werkverzeichnis herauszugeben. Dafür sammelte er umfangreiche Informationen und Bildmaterial.
