Solms bekunden, dass sie einen Ehevertrag des Inhalts geschlossen haben, dass als Heiratsgeld der Betrag von 3000 Gulden Frankfurter Währung festgesetzt wird, der mit einem gleichen Betrag auf einen halben Teil von Schloss und Stadt Lich und die Dörfer Hattenrod und Ettingshausen widerlegt werden solle. Als Morgengabe wird ein Betrag von 1000 Gulden vereinbart, der in einer Gülte von 50 Gulden aus Einkünften des Amtes Lich, besonders des Albacher Hofs, ausbezahlt werden soll
