Das Buch (33,6 cm hoch x 22 cm breit) umfasst 200 Seiten, von denen 85 beschrieben sind.
Vor S. 1 liegt ein Zettel, auf dem die Ankürzung "PK" als "Provenienzkartei" aufgeschlüsselt ist. Die Seiten 35 und 39 enthalten in der Rubrik "Bemerkungen" aufgeklebte Zettel. Diese Seiten sind durch Polypropylenhüllen zu schützen.
Das Buch ist im Einband stark beschädigt und insgesamt sehr fragil.
Das Buch umfasst die Lieferungen, die von München und ab 1928 von Berlin bis 1936 nach Luzern gegangen sind. Die Eintragungen laufen allerdings in der Verkaufs-Spalte bis 1949.
Das Buch ist vollständig digitalisiert - allerdings konnte es wegen seiner Größe und wegen seines Zustandes nicht gescannt, sondern nur fotografiert werden. Die Fotos in Internetgröße sind nicht vollständig lesbar, die Fotos in Intranetgröße sind gut lesbar und zeigen das Buch in etwa zweifacher Vegrößerung. Das Digitalisat ist nur im Intranet einsehbar.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
